How Can anxiety Along With Depression Be Treated?
I have anxiety and depression. But, i have noticed lately that my senses are heightened. Such as it is hard for me to be around alot of noise. I can hear everything causing me to be irritated. where I feel overwhelmed. Hard to concentrate on what s right in front of me due to whats going on around me. Is this a form of anixety or stress.

Don't worry you need to avoid attention which is due to your anxious nature currently. I suggest you keep busy in work, engage friends, family and go for a break for fun and leisure.
Without drug therapy, you will feel better but still for your satisfaction you can see a psychiatrist.
